Dan Peddie, Chairman
Principal, FC Associates.

Dan is a fundraising executive for international, academic, community and private foundations and organizations, including Project Concern International, UCLA, World Vision, the Catlin Family Foundation, the Samueli Foundation, Point Loma Nazarene College and Young Life. He has developed and implemented successful strategies for major gift solicitation, corporate sponsorship, grant awards, and planned giving, and advises on the development of technology applications and software programs to support annual fund and planned gift programs. As chairman of the Stem Cell Health Alliance advisory board, Dan advises on donor cultivation, strategic partnerships and additional fundraising activities.

Dave McGuigan, President & CEO
VP of Marketing and Business Development, Stemedica Cell Technologies

Dave is a biotech industry executive, with marketing, branding and marketplace development experience that includes his current position with Stemedica, and former work with the NHL Detroit Red Wings, (IMG) International Management Group, Marketing Resources, USAA Insurance, and Children’s Hospital of San Diego. He developed cause-related marketing efforts with the American Red Cross, World Vision, Second Harvest, Easter Seals, INMED, Project Concern International and Special Day Camps, and serves on boards and executive committees for the latter two organizations, which are dedicated to improving opportunities and health of children in the United States and abroad. As president and CEO of the Stem Cell Health Alliance, Dave advises on financial management and special projects development.

David L. George, Secretary/Treasurer
Executive Director of Variety Children's Lifeline and Water for Life, International, Inc.

David is a nonprofit executive with domestic and international experience. For ten years he was executive director of STOP CANCER, an organization founded by Armand Hammer and chaired by former Paramount Pictures President and CEO Sherry Lansing. STOP CANCER raised funds for cancer research to support the National Institute of Health’s National Comprehensive Cancer Centers at the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, and the City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center, as well as Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles.

David was formerly executive director of the Western Region for Starlight Children’s Foundation, director of development for the American Cancer Society and for Los Ninos, and served as vice president for development and marketing for Project Concern International, working in 11 countries. He also organized seminars and training programs in Western and Eastern Europe for psychologist Carl Rogers. As secretary/treasurer of the Stem Cell Health Alliance, David advises on event development and management.
